June 22 Will Be Day Of Remembrance In Town
The Town of Kirkland will encourage people to pause on Monday, June 22 and reflect on the three lives lost a year ago that day in a tornado that ripped through Clark Mills. Clinton Adopts 2026-27 Budget
Village of Clinton residents will see an increase of $1.96 per assessed $1,000 in their village tax bill this year. At last week’s meeting, Mayor Elizabeth Tantillo and trustees adopted the 2026-27 budget of $4.2 million. The amount raised by property taxes will increase about $140,000 to balance the budget. Sixteen people applied to become the next superintendent of Brookfield Central School.
