Waterville Baptist Church hosted its annual Christmas caroling evening for all who wanted to come, sing and hear the story of the birth of Jesus. Waterville senior Danny Casatelli, shown here running at a home cross country meet for the Eagles, placed second in the state’s Class D cross country championships Saturday. Casetelli was 12 seconds behind the first-place finisher and, as the top finisher for Section Three, led the section to a third-place finish out of 10 sections at the Queensbury High School meet.
