Wreaths Across America Ceremonies On Saturday

Clinton Historical Society announced The Old Burying Ground will again serve as the site of a Wreaths Across America remembrance ceremony Saturday, Dec. 13 at 10 a.m.

Community members are invited to attend and participate in this meaningful event honoring the lives and service of our nation’s veterans.

The ceremony will also be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hillside Cemetery in Oriskany Falls by volunteers and the Boy Scouts.

Wreaths Across America is a national initiative dedicated to remembering fallen U.S. veterans, honoring those who serve, and teaching the next generation the value of freedom.

Each December, volunteers across the country place wreaths on veterans’ graves in a coordinated tribute of respect and gratitude.
