Winfield Man On National Board

The New York State School Boards Association congratulates Bill Miller of West Winfield on his election to the board of directors of the National School Boards Association.

He will serve a one-year post as NSBA’s Northeast Region Director.

Miller, who is a member of the board of the Herkimer- Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES, also serves on the board of directors of NYSSBA, where he represents school districts in Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, Oneida, Herkimer and Madison counties.

"I am deeply honored and excited to take on this new role with the National School Boards Association as Northeast Region Director," Miller said.

“I look forward to working with my school board colleagues from across the nation to promote the role of school boards in our system of public education and provide resources for every school board to succeed in its mission of offering a quality education to students," he said.
