Welcome Winter At Third Annual Village Festival

The third annual West Winfield Holiday Festival runs the afternoon of Saturday, Dec. 6.

Sponsored by the Village of West Winfield, the event offers families a number of free events to enjoy.

Most take place at the West Winfield Fire Department.

Games, crafts, snacks and Santa will be at the fire hall from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Caroling starts at 4:30 p.m., leading up to the lighting of the Christmas tree on the Village Green at 5 p.m.

The West Winfield Masonic Lodge will be another place with holiday cheer.

The Lodge will have a variety of activities. Included is a pie sale, or stop in for a piece of pie and a hot beverage.

There will be a cookie decorating station for the children.

A crafters corner for unique gifts and a Holiday Raffle basket including the fixings for a dinner for six.

Tickets for the basket will go on sale at 1 p.m. and the drawing will be at 3 p.m.
