Village Elections Vote March 21

Village residents will decide on terms for Village Board members this month.

In West Winfield a new mayor will be elected as Jim Thomson is not running for another term. Trustee Sandra Smith is running unopposed for mayor.

Trustee James Murphy is running for another term. Corrie Clark is running for the seat being vacated by Smith.

Registration Day for those not yet registered to vote or who have changed their address will be Saturday March 11, at Bisby Hall from Noon until 5 p.m.

In the Village of Richfield Springs, Trustee Fred Culbert is the only name on the ballot. Trustee Lucas VanRiper’s term is also up and the seat could be filled by a write-in candidate.
