Village Applies For State Grant

The Village of Waterville is applying for state funding to help toward building a Community Center.
Board members approved at their meeting last week an application to the state’s Consolidated Funding program.
The grant request of $356,000 is being made through the state’s Climate Smart Communities Grant Program.
In the application the Village said it has identified another $178,000 in matching funds.
