Members of the Helmuth-Ingalls American Legion Post and Clinton VFW honored military veterans with a ceremony on Veterans Day at the Legion. A flag retirement ceremony was also conducted for U.S. flags no longer appropriate for use. St. Mary’s Church choir sang patriotic songs while the Legion’s Honor Guard carried the colors through a drenching rain.
