Mount Markham track and field athlete Matt Denicola won two Section Three titles at the Class C-2 meet last week.

Denicola placed first in the discus and shot put, setting a school record in the discus with a throw of 149 feet, 8 inches.

He also has the record for shot put at 55 feet, 11 inches.

Denicola will compete in the all-Sectional meet this week for a spot at the state meet June 13 and 14.
