Second Meeting Looks At Vision

The Local Planning Committee for the Village of Waterville’s NY Forward program will hold its second meeting Thursday, June 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Waterville Municipal Hall.

The meeting is open to observers from the public, with an opportunity for public comment at the end of the meeting.

The agenda for this meeting includes a visioning activity with the LPC, a

review of past plans and recent investment in downtown Waterville, an update on the Open Call For Project Proposals, a discussion on the project evaluation process, and preparation for the first public workshop, which will be June 26 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Waterville Municipal Hall.

The LPC is co-chaired by Gene Ostrander, Mayor of the Village of Waterville, and Dr. Nancy Pattarini, President and CEO of Paige Marketing and Communications Group and a Mohawk Valley Regional Economic Development Council board member.

The LPC consists of 11 other members representing a diverse cross-section of the Waterville community.
