At their June meeting the Sangerfield Town Board heard a request to help with mowing Sangerfield Cemetery.
Cemetery Association member Eloise Hughes-Earley asked for help in getting the cemetery mowed twice a month.
Board members provided some contact information.
An updated fee schedule for building permits was approved.
At the May meeting, Tim Bartlett asked if anyone would object to him building a subdivision with apartments and also running a repair shop on his property.
As discussed with the board and also Rocco Padula, Gene Whipple, Bartlett will reach out to Dan Ford in regard to the repair shop and then he will put something together to submit to the Zoning Board of Appeals in regard to building a subdivision.
It was stated at the meeting the Town was awaiting information from Supervisor Bill Fredericks to apply for a federal housing improvement grant.
Fredericks was absent from the April, May and June meetings.
Board members also approved getting locks for the Town Court filing cabinets.
The Board also passed a motion stating they acknowledge the 2023 court records are missing from the files.
