Richfield Springs Forms Club

Students in the Richfield Springs Central School District can participate in the new Boxing Club.


Superintendent Tom Piatti spoke of the club at the April 19 meeting The club is advised by Christine Finch.


Also at the meeting Piatti reported student attendance for March was 93.6%. At the March meeting Piatti spoke about the poor attendance rate for February.


A lockdown drill on April 17 went well. Piatti talked about the possibility of changing the spring break dates for next school year to April 22-26.


Principals Dr. Rene Wilson and Matt St. Peter gave updates on the recent state assessment tests. St. Peter also talked about spring sports, the May 20 prom and the Clay Target League.


The Canadarago Snowtoppers made a donation to the Clay Target League.

In March it was announced the Class of 2023 valedictorian is Margaret Worobey and the salutatorian is Emily Diott.


Richfield Springs Public Library Librarian Mindy Baker spoke about opportunities available at the library and would like to collaborate with the district and the Community Center. Staff member and Community Center liaison Rick Frable talked…
