Smart Carrier, a telecom compliance management and service provider, opened their new location, 43 College St., Clinton, with a ribbon-cutting last week by the Clinton Chamber of Commerce. “We decided to open our offices in Clinton because we believe that there is an opportunity to engage with many businesses that can benefit from our service,” said Rachelle Guitian, chief marketing officer and co-founder of Smart Carrier. Also attending the ribbon cutting was a representative from Khomp International, a Brazilian company that recently entered the U.S. market in a partnership with Smart Carrier.
