Oriskany Falls Fire Department, with mutual aid from Waterville, Deansboro, Clinton, Clayville and Madison departments, responded to a fire in a stone screening machine at Heidelberg Materials Plant quarry on Route 12B Wednesday afternoon. The fire was knocked down quickly.
