Plainfield Asked For Help On Ambulance Corp

The Plainfield Town Board met Sept. 11 at the Town Hall.
Supervisor Todd Lewis opened the meeting at 7 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Board entered into Executive Session at 7:02 p.m. at the request of Deputy Highway Superintendent Dale Brown.
The Executive session ended at 7: 45 p.m. Brown advised the following:
* The new Gradall purchase is complete and is in the Town pole barn
* The old Badger Gradall will be put up for sale
* The bridge over Scots Glen Road is closed until repairs for safe travel are complete
*Shared services agreements between Towns of Exeter and Edmeston are complete. Brookfield will follow.
* Winter sand continues to be hauled.
* Grader work on Armstrong Road is underway.
* Highway projects under CHIPS program have come in $13,000 under budget.
Balance sheets, Monthly budget vs. Actual and monthly disbursements were received and accepted.
Town Clerk Jon Cockett presented his report for August.
Fifty dollars was received from dog licenses and marriage licenses.
Local share was $25.50, $20 was sent to NYS Ag and Markets, and $22.50 to NYS Health Department.
