Plainfield Adds Three Banners

The Regular meeting of the Plainfield Town Board was July 10 at the Town Hall.

Supervisor Todd Lewis opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Lewis gave the Highway Department report.

Oil/stone work on Town Roads has been completed.

Work was done and will be reimbursed through the CHIPS program.

There’s a dead tree issue on Fiddlers Green Road.

The Town is checking to see if it is on the Town right-of way, Three more Hometown Heroes banners were installed.

This brings the total to 17 displayed in the Town.

The Town thanked the Town of Brookfield for their help in oil/stoning roads.

Town Clerk Jon Cockett said $70 was received from certified copies and dog

licenses.

Local share was $68 and $2 was sent to NYS Ag and Markets.

The Highway Abstract of $19,572.61 and General Abstract of $2143.74 were accepted. ...
