The regular meeting of the Plainfield Town Board was April 14 at the Town Hall.
Assessor John Davidson emailed in a report stating that he is finalizing data for this year’s tentative roll, which will be out the beginning of May.
Highway Superintendent Rod Jennison reported that they are finishing clearing brush on Skaneateles Turnpike.
Approval was sought and approved to accept bids for tree removal.
The roads are being cleaned. CHIPS money is being verified. They are planning to start paving the roads by the end of the month.
The March Supervisor reports, Town Clerk reports, Minutes and Abstracts were all presented and approved by the Board.
Town Supervisor Todd Lewis informed the Board that all ARPA funding reports have been submitted.
He also updated that a few quotes have been submitted for repairing the sidewalks and painting the buildings, with more quotes coming in, using the ARPA funding for restoration.
The Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution for Elected Officials was presented and approved for posting.
A Codes inspection was performed of the Town Hall and Courthouse and the certificate will be mailed by end of month.
