Joan Evans wore this West Virginia University sweatshirt after the Mountaineers beat Virginia Tech 33-10 in a recent college football game. Evans and husband Steve are parents of a Hokies alumna, and they made the bet with Joe Super, who proudly flies his alma mater WVU flag in front of the South Street home he and wife Mary Ann live. The Evans fly the VT flag outside their West Main Street home. Joan paid off the bet by wearing the sweatshirt in public.
