The Community Singers presented their annual Patriotic Concert this month at Mount Markham High School. The concert pays tribute to active and retired military men and women. Three local veterans were also honored for their service during the Vietnam War. Their stories and photos will appear, with the help of Gene Doremus, in the Star’s issue before Veterans Day.
