NY Forward Grant Projects List Unveiled

The Local Planning Committee for the Village of Waterville’s NY Forward program will hold its third meeting Thursday, July 31, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Waterville Municipal Hall.

The meeting is open to observers from the public, with an opportunity for public comment at the end of the meeting.

The agenda for this meeting includes public engagement updates, a review of draft vision, goals and revitalization strategies, as well as the downtown profile summary.

There will also be a discussion of project evaluation criteria and a presentation of the proposed projects submitted during the open call process.

Projects listed are for review.

The LPC is co-chaired by Ruben (Gene) Ostrander, Mayor of the Village of Waterville, and Dr. Nancy Pattarini, President and CEO of Paige Marketing and Communications Group and a Mohawk Valley Regional Economic Development Council board member.

The LPC consists of 11 other members representing a diverse cross section of the Waterville community.
