Mount Markham Floriculture Team Goes to National Convention

Although a fairly new group within the Mount Markham FFA program, the Floriculture Team has been noticed.

This summer the team of Samantha Hinman, Avery Dye, Layla Rice and Mya Hoke qualified to represent New York state at the National Junior Horticulture Convention next month in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The Mount Markham team placed first overall at the state competition at the New York State Fair.
