Mount Markham Ceremony For Student Success

The Mount Markham High School Underclass Awards Assembly was held the first day of the new school year Sept. 8.

All awards presented were earned during the 2025-26 school year.

The Louis T. Groat Annual Service Award was presented to Natalee Griffiths, the Pamela Parker Computer Award was presented to Landon Youngkrans and the Wallace Brown Memorial Scholarship English Award was presented to Amelia Seelman.

The District thanks the High School Student Council, the Family of Wallace Brown, the Pamela Parker Family and various individuals, businesses and colleges for sponsoring these awards each year.

Starting this week the Star will recognize those students with academic achievements in our upcoming issues.
