More Details Provided For Proposed School

At their May meeting the Litchfield Town Board heard more about the proposed project at The Root Farm.

The project is in partnership with UCP for a school on the farm.

Farm representatives said the new building would be an E occupancy.

Members of the Cedarville and Sauquoit fire departments attend and said they approved the driveway for emergency access to the building.

Sprinklers are not necessary for this type and size of building.
