Richfield Springs Central School announced its valedictorian and salutatorian for the Class of 2022.
Valedictorian is Isabel Martinez and Salutatorian is Roberta Schaefer-Gilbert.
Martinez is the daughter of Roger and Aletha Sprague. Gilbert is the daughter of Denise Schaefer and Dean Gilbert.
Martinez of Richfield Springs earned an overall high school GPA of 99.14. She is involved in Battle of the Books, GSA Club, National Honor Society, Girls State, School Musicals, and Morning Announcements.
She is looking to become a Journalist.
Schaefer-Gilbert of Richfield Springs earned an overall high school GPA of 98.86. She is involved in Battle of the Books, GSA Club, Morning Announcements, and participated in Track and Field for two years.
Her intention is to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Genetics, eventually going to Graduate School.
