Marshall Asked About Volunteer Tax Break

The December meeting of the Marshall Town Board opened with Supervisor Colleen Baldwin calling the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance and approval of the Town Board meeting of November.


The meeting was then opened for public comment.


Baldwin advised those present that this was the only time they were to speak during the meeting.


The public was not to comment on the various reports.


Resident Sue McConnell asked about the Zoning Board of Appeals’ public hearing Nov. 28 regarding Dan Williams’ proposed county club on Van Hyning Road.


Baldwin read messages sent to her by Jamie McNair, who conducted the hearing, advising the Board that the hearing was adjourned until January, so more information could be collected regarding the proposal. No decision was made on the proposal.


Van Hyning Road resident Deb Turner said she had submitted a Freedom Of Information Law request detailing texts ...
