Emily and Ethan Smoulcey of New Hartford try out a new product from Shaw’s Maple Products in Clinton during Maple Weekend this spring. The maple ice cream bars are made by Roc-Star in Waterville and will be for sale every Thursday starting this week at the Clinton Farmers Market. The market, in its 27th season, is on the Village Green from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Thursday into October.
