List Of DRI Projects Set For Governor’s Review

Seventeen projects will be submitted to Gov. Kathy Hochul for her decision on which ones receive funding through the Clinton Kirkland DRI grant.

The application of the two communities will fund $9.7 million of work.


Although the 17 projects request a total of $14.7 million, alternative state funding will be found for some, while others will not be funding fully or at all.

The last public Local Planning Committee meeting last week opened with happy birthday wishes for Kirkland Town Supervisor Bob Meelan.


He and Clinton Mayor Elizabeth Tantillo co-chaired the committee, which was directed by Elan Planning, Design and Landscape Architecture of Saratoga Springs.
