Help Out With Christmas Gifts

The Waterville Community Christmas Program needs help again this year.

Individuals, businesses, clubs and organizations willing to adopt a family in need during the holiday season can help make the holiday brighter for local families. One toy and two articles of clothing per child are suggested.

Last year the program supported 101 children in the Waterville Central School District with toys, clothing, plus 56 pairs of boots, 58 coats and 58 snowpants.

Monetary donations also will help toward purchase of winter clothing. The program also partners with the Waterville Volunteer Fire Department to provide a Christmas meal.

To adopt a family, call Janice Eisenhut at 315-982-1986 or Debbie Lemery at 315-941-0470. To make a financial donation, send checks to Brian Gibbons at 150 Babbott Ave., Waterville, 13480.
