Halloween Party

The Memorial Park School PTA set up a station at the Waterville Public Library for last week’s Halloween Parade and Trick or Treating on the Owen Fortnam Trail. After parading around the circle kids and parents walked the trail to gather candy, play games and get a little scared. More photos, Page 6
