The communities of Brookfield, Oriskany Falls, Deansboro, Clinton and Waterville observed a cool and a bit wet Memorial Day with parades, speeches and tributes to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in military service. Assemblyman Brian Miller congratulates Whitey Brown of Waterville for reaching his 65th year as an active member of the Waterville Fire Department. Brown joined the department April 3, 1961.
