Five members of the Oriskany Falls Fire Department were recognized for having at least 50 years of active duty as a member. They were recognized at the department’s banquet last week and received congratulations from Oriskany Falls Fire Department Chief Russ Petrie, far right, and Oneida County Sheriff’s Deputy Ben Petrie, middle. The five members are Jim Dowd (50 years), Reed Clair (50 years), Ted Legacy (55 years), Robin Johnson (55 years) and not pictured, Garry Johnson (54 years). More on the banquet, pages 3 and 6.
