The November meeting of the Marshall Town Board opened with the Pledge of Allegiance, and the approval of the minutes from October.
Rich Bennett came before the Board in answer to the Town of Marshall’s plea for an Animal Control/Dog Officer. The Town has been without anyone to fill that position since 2018.
Bennett gave a presentation to the Board outlining what he would need to do the job. He spent several hours with the Town of Augusta Supervisor and their Animal Control Officer, Phil Eaton, to review how they were handling the department. Bennett told the Board Eaton would help him get used to the job at no charge to the Town of Marshall.
