Jackie Walters, who was the Clinton Chamber of Commerce Executive Director for seven years, received the Robert J. Uplinger Distinguished Service Award from the Clinton Lions Club last week, presented by president Bob Maxam. The Award honors those who have done more than their fair share of community service. After leaving the Chamber, Walters took a job as Director of Operations for M3 Placement and Partnership.
