At the June meeting of the Oriskany Falls Village Board, representatives of the ambulance service clarified the service will remain stationed in the village.
Central Oneida County Volunteer Ambulance Corp representatives Thomas Meyers and Francis Coots were present to inform the Board that COCVAC is not leaving the Oriskany Falls Village Hall. The village obtained grants to renovate the back of the building for a substation. The men said if COCVAC were to leave they would hear it from them first.
The meeting began with a public hearing about the Community Development Block Grant.
