CNY Green Bucket Project opened its new location on Middle Settlement Road with a ribbon-cutting with Clinton Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Molly Marris and Clinton Mayor Elizabeth Tantillo. Owner Melissa Schupp, center, said since her business began in March 2018 collecting food scraps people put in the green bucket in their home 87,000 pounds has been saved from going to the landfill. Doing so also cuts down on methane in landfills. Customer Carol Gable and Julie Newton-Pauley helped with the opening celebration.
