Clinton Chamber of Commerce Board President Colleen Furmanski presents the Karen Ostinett Memorial Award to Jim Winkler during the Chamber’s Annual Meeting last week. Winkler volunteers with the Clinton Lions Club and St. Mary’s Church in Clinton. He dedicated the award to his wife of almost 60 years, Karen. Guest speaker was Sarah Foster Calero, president of Oneida County Tourism. Oneida County is a drive destination, she said, and outlined how theme trails bring in visitors.
