Clinton Approves Memorials

The Village of Clinton Board met Monday evening to discuss new business.

Village of Clinton Mayor Elizabeth Tantillo welcomed the public to the meeting and thanked them for their presence.


The Board approved a resolution accepting the Oct. 3 meeting minutes.


The Board approved a resolution auditing the payment of vouchers.


The Board approved a resolution accepting the Finance Committee report into Village record.


Board member John Lauchart thanked the DPW for the quality of their leaf removal service this season.


The DPW hauled six loads weighing 10.95 tons. Another 18 tires and 67 loads of mixed yard waste were removed.


One load of metal was recycled weighing .48 tons. Chestnut Street was paved from Fountain to Franklin Avenue.


The Water Department pumped a total of 14,797,500 gallons. Plant 2 pumped an average of 177,852 gallons a day. This used 110 gallons of Chlorine and 419.3 pounds of Fluoride.


The Board approved a resolution to appropriate $5,000 to develop a Human Resources Manual by Public Sector HR Consultants.
