CCS Girls Beat HP Knights

The Clinton girls varsity cross country team remained undefeated with a win over Holland Patent.


Taylor Harvey’s first-place finished paced the Warriors in their home meet in 20:07. Paige Luke took second place at 21:20.


Also in the Top 10 for Clinton: 4th Emily Hemstrought, 21:47; 5th Finley Davignon, 22:21; 6th Jessie Gale, 22:22; 7th Leah Borton, 22:51; 8th Carina Pascucci, 23:10; 9th Jenna Deep, 26:01; 10th Rebecah Bashant, 26:10.


Holland Patent beat the boys varsity team 22-33 despite a first-place finish by Clinton’s Joey DeTraglia in 18:36, a second over the second-place finisher. The Knights took second through fifth places.
