Brookfield Class Of 2025

The largest Brookfield Central School class in several years received their diplomas Friday night in a ceremony that recognized them as a group and as individuals.
The 18 members of the BCS Class of 2025 marched into the gym as family, friends and teachers greeted them with applause.
BCS Superintendent Ron Pavlus welcomed everyone before graduates Kaysie White and Kristine Plows led people in the National Anthem.
Class advisors Rachel Peck and Kallie Rollins talked about the group, saying
moments of tough love came daily, but the students taught them not to take life seriously all the time and to laugh.
A trait or story about each student was shared, including the senior who not once but twice accidentally wore his mother’s jeans to school.
Salutatorian Delaney Karn talked about the support system at BCS and in the community that helped each student get to graduation.
Valedictorian Stephenie Brean reviewed the 5,038 days that passed since the
Class of 2025 entered BCS, from online school as seventh graders to their recent class trip to Lake George.
Pavlus, who taught the class in third grade, gave the commencement address.
