This year the Clinton Garden Club recognized downtown businesses that took the extra step to brighten the area with flowerboxes. Certificates were given to the five businesses. Gail Perretta said the flowers were appreciated as people are able to get out more. Businesses chosen were Alteri’s Restaurant, shown above, Owens-Pavlot and Rogers Funeral Home, an apartment on West Park Row, Burns Insurance, NBT Bank and Giovanni’s Pizza. More photos, Page 6.
