BCS Adopts Budget

Sixteen people applied to become the next superintendent of Brookfield Central School.


At last week’s BCS Board of Education meeting, Board President Valerie Nolan provided an update on the search, which is being led by Oneida Herkimer Madison BOCES District Superintendent Dr. Patricia Kilburn.


Of the 16 applicants, Nolan said 13 have qualifications to be a superintendent. .


Kilburn has done an initial screening of all 13, asking them seven questions about their experience, ideas for programs and staff development and visibility in the community.
