For the first time since the 2019-20 school year, Mount Markham High School students gather in the Auditorium in a big group. Juniors and seniors, and the next day sophomores and freshmen, attended an Academic Awards ceremony to highlight the outstanding achievements of students in the classroom last year. Principal Victor Zampetti told students it was a fitting way to begin the year by celebrating the successes of last year under difficult circumstances. The Star will feature the award winners in the next several Mustang Newsletter issues, starting this week on Page 7.
