Art Given To Unadilla Forks

Jerry Jones loved the little hamlet of Unadilla Forks where he grew up.


Though he didn’t settle there as an adult (work took him elsewhere) he stayed connected.


He traveled up to Friends of the Forks yearly gatherings, attended Upper Undadilla Valley Association dinners, and even spoke at one about the history of the hamlet.


He developed the website Unadilla Forks Remembered, and as he reached the age of 80, began to worry about its continuation.


He contacted me and my answer at the time was to put all the information that was on the site (plus a bit more) into a book Unadilla Forks Remembered, which led to many a long phone conversation as we put it together over one winter.


It was self-published and can be ordered by contacting me and waiting for the half off sale that happens with the publishing company once a year.


The UUVA was given a donation by Jerry to keep the website up for the near future.


His last gift to his hometown was a collection of ...
