Assemblyman Brian Miller congratulates Whitey Brown of Waterville for reaching his 65th year as an active member of the Waterville Fire Department.
Brown joined the department April 3, 1961.
He also received the Rick Gaiser Memorial Award for the second time during the department’s annual banquet at Skenandoa Club in Clinton.
