Sangerfield Town Clerk Sylvia Crandall holds flowers as she sits behind a display of Proclamations given to her by local lawmakers. Crandall is retiring at the end of the year after almost 20 years serving the town as clerk and with the town court. The party, organized by Augusta Town Clerk Sonya Furness, was at the Clinton VFW and followed state regulations for gatherings.
