Congressman Anthony Brindisi applauds Eleanor Dawes and Leona Failing on their milestone birthdays last week. Both are residents at Waterville Community Care Center; Dawes turned 100 and Failing 101. Brindisi gave both women a Proclamation from the U.S. House of Representatives congratulating them on a long life well lived. Failing did tell Brindisi President Trump was supposed to send her a note but she didn’t get it. More photos, story, page 6.
