Idzi, Camp Lead Madison Class Of 2020


Madison Central School has announced the Top 10 academic students of the Class of 2020.

Miah Idzi, daughter of Colin and Bridget Idzi of Oriskany Falls, is this year’s valedictorian. Faith Camp, daughter of Dana and Cindy Camp of Oriskany Falls, is this year’s salutatorian.

Idzi has an overall weighted average of 102.43 and plans to attend Houghton College to major in political science. She was accepted into the London Honors Program at Houghton and will spend the second semester of her freshman year in London.

During high school, Idzi has participated in National Honor Society, National Junior Honor Society, Student Council, Senior Chorus, Select Chorus, Soccer, Basketball and Track and Field.

Camp has an overall weighted average of 98.17 and will be attending the University at Albany for either Economics or Homeland Security.

  • Jabin Smyrski, son of Jeff and Kimberlee Smyrski, of Bouckville

  • Jaiden Baker, daughter of Chad and Holly Baker, of Bouckville

  • Makenzie VanNort, daughter of Leanne Fidler, of Madison

  • Paige Rollins, daughter of Tadd and Jennifer Rollins, of Bouckville

  • Jamie Braun, daughter of Richard Drew and Joy Braun, of Madison

  • Heidi Lewis, daughter of Mark Lewis and Tracey Lewis, both of Madison

  • John Coleman, son of Henry and Amy Coleman, of Madison.
