Where a road ends and private property begins is the issue in a legal matter the Town of Brookfield faces.
At last week’s Brookfield Town Board meeting, Supervisor Loren Corbin said he, the town’s attorney, the Richters and their attorney met to review the dispute. No resolution was found at the meeting, he said.
