The area had a few primaries last week under the new move to conduct the elections earlier than in September.
Oneida County legislator Colin Idzi received 26 votes, with no write-ins, for the Independence line in November. He is also running as the Republican candidate.
In Augusta, Mark Russell and Charles Peck received 47 and 46 votes, respectively, while Town Board member Dean Kimball received 38. The top two vote-getters will be listed on the Republican line in November.
In Brookfield, Kate Peerman received 46 votes and Joe Walker, current councilman, received 38. George Plows placed third with 28 votes for one of the two Democratic line spots in November.
