After years of working to get a condemned house demolished, the Village of Waterville plans to sell the lot.
At last week’s Village Board meeting, discussion took place on the 107 Berrill Ave. site, where last month the City of Rome knocked down the structure as part of Oneida County’s Shared Services program. The village had to take ownership of the house to get it demolished.
